What Are Log Files?
Log files are detailed records created by the Fortect application, documenting specific events and actions on your system. These records act as a crucial information source, aiding our Support and Development Teams in comprehending the context of any challenges you might face.

How to Share Log Files
1. Launch Fortect
Open the Fortect application on your Windows device.
2. Navigate to Settings > Support & Resources > Upload Support Logs
In the Fortect application, go to the “Settings” section.
Under “Support & Resources,” find the option for “Upload Support Logs.”
3. Click “Confirm & Upload”
Once in the “Upload Support Logs” section, click on “Confirm & Upload” to initiate the process.
4. Copy the Log Id and Send It to Fortect Support
After successful upload, a unique Log Id will be generated. Copy this Log Id by clicking the square icons at the end of the Log Id and send it to our Support Team at [email protected].
